Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Séance and therapy session purchases

To initiate a return or refund request, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted. Please contact us for more information on eligibility. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be additional processing delays.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
